1700	vim build fails unless passed -with-tlib=ncursesw	anonymous	lfs-book@…	Building according to the 'dev' book fails when trying to build vim due to it's inability to locate ncurses. Unless it's ncurses' fault for not being in the right place for vim to find it. Anyway passing it --with-tlib=ncursesw to configure worked for me.	defect	closed	normal	6.2	Book	6.2	normal	invalid	vim
