The new jhalfs tool creates by default a report containing that information, but several reports from several builds on different machines and using different jhalfs configuration switches would be required to have average values.

Please, if you are using jhalfs to build current LFS, please send that reports (found in $BUILDIR/jhalfs/) to manuel@linuxfromscratch.org

Also, for SBU timming, we should to decide if the chapter06 toolchain testsuites runs should be included or not. We are saying that that testsuites don't should be skipped, then I think that the time need to run they should be included in the SBU for Glibc, Bibutils and GCC.
