Yes, it's the hard links problem (if your $LFS and $LFS/usr are on
different partitions, a mv will fail).

A note would be good yes. Even better, use the same instructions we use in
chapter 6. May as well make them uniform. I remember this has been said on
this list before and somehow it never made Bugzilla. Perhaps I overruled
it, but I can't remember why.
