FAIL: old_prefix: locate failed, /sources/findutils-4.4.0/locate/testsuite/../locate: 'tmp/locatedb': No such file or directory

Greg Schafer has already hit this, and figured out it's because Findutils doesn't correctly detect Gawk in /tools.  By moving Gawk up in the build order to immediately before Findutils, the testsuite passes (confirmed by my own build).

I'm still looking into why Findutils doesn't detect /tools/bin/gawk, but for 6.4, I think we should just move Gawk up a couple of places.
