2. The --mpbsd switch to GMP's configure was described in Chapter 5, but as GMP is no longer installed (by itself) in Chapter 5 that option is currently not explained at all.
3. I don't know whether or not Gawk will be upgraded for 6.5, so I kept a text tweak to the ""mktime"" parameter description just in case it's not...
