The command for making swap is not complete.
It should be :
mkswap /dev/<xxx> -L <yyy>

Replace <xxx> with the number of hda, <yyy> with the name of the swap partition.

As hda5 is for LFS partition, we could use 'hda6' to name the swap partition.
