2598	make defconfig	splotz90	lfs-book@…	"I think ""make defconfig"" should be shortly mentioned on the kernel-page (8.3.1) cause it makes a good preselection of the kernel-options for the used architecture. In my opinion, a lot of unused things are dropped out and it would result in a better kernel-configuration.
