$ ldconfig
ldconfig: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0.14-gdb.py is not an ELF file - it has the wrong magic bytes at the start.

$ file /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0.14-gdb.py
/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0.14-gdb.py: ASCII Pascal program text
