2012d (and tzcode2012c) :

These reflect the changes for Morocco's time stamps,
which take effect in a couple of hours, along with
infrastructure changes to accommodate how the tz
code and data are released on IANA.  Sorry about the
late release. 

2012e :

The 2012e release of the tz code and data is available.  It reflects
the following changes circulated last week on the tz mailing list:

  * australasia (Pacific/Fakaofo): Tokelau is UTC+13, not UTC+14.
    (Thanks to Steffen Thorsen.)

  * Use a single version number for both code and data.
