--with-gxx-include-dir=/tools/$LFS_TGT/include/c++/4.8.2

but the description states:

--with-gxx-include-dir=/tools/include/c++/4.8.2

(i.e. missing the $LFS_TGT sub-dir)

This error seems to be present in the 7.5 book (Libstdc++ 4.8.2) and the SVN book (Libstdc++ 4.9.0).
