3632	kdb baskspace patch renamed in book, not on server	John Vogel	lfs-book@…	After the version bump of kbd to 2.0.2, the references to the backspace patch in the book got renamed to match to version of kdb, while the version at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/lfs/development is still named kbd-2.0.1-backspace-1.patch.
