Consider UEFI Discussion

I can understand that to keep things simple, the book doesn't build the efi target of grub. However, given that pretty much any recent machine will come with UEFI initially enabled AFAIK, should there at least be a mention that you'll have to change the BIOS settings to boot in "legacy mode" instead of UEFI mode?
By the way, http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/hints/downloads/files/lfs-uefi.txt worked well for me, though I found that dosfstools isn't actually necessary, at least with the latest released versions of efivars and efibootmgr.
