reinstalled libtool not too long ago after the entire system was already
installed). Other problems have been reported too that the 'dir' file isn't
always updated and sometimes just overwritten.

While we can't account for every package in the world, let's at least check all
the packages we install with LFS and that all the indexes appear in the 'dir'
