4992	add coreutils-9.0 chmod patch	Xi Ruoyao	Bruce Dubbs	"There is a bug in coreutils-9.0 causing `chmod -R` to return non-zero when the directory contains dangling symlinks.  It's minor, but breaking one test script in glibc-2.35 ~~(will be released soon)~~ **if the tests are run as a non-root user (so not affecting LFS)**.  And it also has the potential to break other scripts with `set -e` (for example, jhalfs).

I've added the patch into patches repository, named `coreutils-9.0-chmod_fix-1.patch`.
