if it might be caused when TCL, Expect and DejaGNU are not installed on the host
system. Even though they are installed in /stage1/bin it doesn't seem to get
picked up (properly).

We'll need to verify this and then find a good fix. If at all possible I rather
not require people installing software on the host before continuing, but if
