informative.

But, please consider adding bind, ftp, and lynx to Chapter 6.  Or at the least, 
strongly suggest that the user download those sources prior to booting to their 
LFS system for the first time.

Unless the user has memorized pertinent IPV4 addresses, and can spoof HTTP and 
FTP protocol by hand via TTY, they will have difficulty obtaining additional
