6 separation and /static implementation. The reasons made sense back then, but
now that we have the new Ch 5 build method, the need is just not there anymore.
We can use the binaries in /tools/bin to do the work. In fact, mounting from
within the chroot can lead to confusion and /etc/mtab and /proc/mounts getting
out of sync. We should also probably move the ""Creating essential symlinks"" &
""Creating the passwd and group files"" sections as well. This would also
eliminate the ""I have no name!"" prompt issue.
