I'd like to make a suggestion to move passwd into /bin. While this is not  
required or prohibited by any standard, it can be useful in single user  
mode when /usr is not availible. Only changes required to the book are  
that we remove the 'touch /usr/bin/passwd' in shadow install, and add  
'mv /usr/bin/passwd /bin' after install.  Shadow's shared libs are
