Again, the infrastructure at sourceforge has let us down (the current version has to be manually updated) - 1.6.34 is indeed there if you scroll down.

From ​http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/libpng.html "The current public release, libpng 1.6.34, fixes some memory-initialization issues identified by oss-fuzz and an off-by-one error in png_do_check_palette_indexes()."

Version 1.6.33 [September 28, 2017]

  • Revert contrib/oss-fuzz/libpng_read_fuzzer.cc to libpng-1.6.32 state.
  • Initialize png_handler.row_ptr in contrib/oss-fuzz/libpng_read_fuzzer.cc
  • Add end_info structure and png_read_end() to the libpng fuzzer.

Version 1.6.34 [September 29, 2017]

  • Removed contrib/pngsuite/i*.png; some of these were incorrect and caused test failures.
