Thanks to Spiky for the report
When I updated NetworkManager, I forgot to commit a change that allows libnm-glib to be built. This library is required for network-manager-applet to build.
I thought I had committed it, but I must have never done so.

This will be fixed in my next commit.
I figured out that I committed it for sysv but didn't make the change to systemd. This will allow nm-applet to build.
