       * Added support for biblatex literal and named annotation features
       * Added support for biblatex \ifnocite test
       * Case insensitive matching operators in sourcemaps (matchi/notmatchi)
       * Support for biblatex min/maxsortnames options
       * Added support for biblatex 'noroman' option to supporess roman
         numeral interpretation in ranges.
       * Misc bug fixes

Ostensibly, the immediate dependencies are unchanged from 2.11. All being well, I'll pick this up *after* I finish digging through the perl modules.
