I think we can dismiss this and upgrade to GNOME 3.32. It's expected to be released on Mar. 13th.

There are still several GNOME modules missing from 3.32. Until the final set have been released, or on Friday, I will proceed to upgrade to 3.32.
I have seen four modules have to get rereleases due to packaging errors.
For now, I'm going to implement this and WebKitGTK+-2.20.7 for general bugfixes towards 3.30, and then begin implementing 3.32 on Friday.
