I haven't yet looked at what has changed in this version, but I'm now back to reworking my (non-latex) Asy tests with an emphasis on the 3D parts (in particular WebM, i.e. 'html' format) which can provide the ability to rotate images - apparently some versions of Adobe software have always been able to do that with PDFs.

Last thursday (16 Jan) Karl Berry mentioned this on tlbuild as "Also, John Bowman has released a candidate version of asy (2.62) for TL20; I've updated the asy sources in TL too."

Like all asy updates, best to give it time to soak and get more testing (the versions a year ago had problems with some of my tests, at the time I was unsure if asy or the kernel was the problem.
