ncurses-6.2 is now in LFS

This version requires an updated version of ncurses to run 'make install-ti' installing the terminfo data.
ncurses can be updated with https://invisible-mirror.net/archives/ncurses/6.1/ncurses-6.1-20190609-patch.sh.bz2, but I'll move this to hold for a while to see if ncurses-6.2 will be released.
