The source for ESR has been there for a while, but source for 74.0 has not yet surfaced. Release date for both is tomorrow, will wait for Release Notes.
For 68.6.0 the source matches the second candidate and seems to work fine (it should also include the fix re widevine, but I cannot test that), existing instructions work unchanged.
