Further to my initial comment on -support, Fedora is using 1.23 so this seems to be just a new location, and 1.9 versions are development. But I too have no problem with dropping this.

FWIW, I'd be OK with dropping this - although I've never used it, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I have used enscript though.

Commented out a2ps and psutils at revision 22889, but did not archive yet.
Marking fixed, but we may want to bring these back.

I'll note here that psutils is only used in a2ps. That package in turn has not been updated since 2007. I have used a2ps in the past because it prints out source code in a 2up format nicely, but I have not used it in a few years.
An alternative to a2ps is enscript, which has been stable since 2012.
Consider dropping a2ps and psutils from the book.
