Inkscape 0.92.5 is a stability and bugfix release. It brings some fixes
from the main branch into the 0.92.x series, and fixes a major annoyance
on Windows for detecting installed fonts. Extensions are now compatible
with python 3.

The poppler seds/patches are no longer required. Tests pass too :)
