        Parsing of TSIG keyfiles made more robust.

The tests do run fine, but the t/08-IPv4.t suite takes about 5 minutes to run: 

All tests successful.
Files=104, Tests=3186, 310 wallclock secs ( 0.22 usr  0.05 sys +  8.13 cusr  0.86 csys =  9.26 CPU)
Result: PASS
