lvm instructions are not adapted for systemd

Description ¶
several issues:
- on the lvm2 page: the instructions do not install the systemd units
- on the about lvm page: there is a reference to bootscript even in the systemd book.
- even when installing the units, mounting lvm volumes through fstab does not work (more of an lvm/systemd bug)
Note that if / is on a logical volume, you must use an initramfs, and our initramfs does not use systemd at all, so it works...
