dvisvgm-2.10.1 (2020-09-22)

- added support for new Ghostscript versioning scheme introduced with GS 9.53.0
- added few additional information to the manual page

Bruce picked up that the md5sum had changed. A stealth release, it looks as if the first version was mispackaged (various missing files for configuring and for building on other systems, removed some doc files such as caution.png, .gitignore, .hgtags and removed autogen.sh).
This will NOT build using the instructions I used, and the measuremens are probably different. Reopening.

As I said to someone a few days ago in a private conversation, I think this package is less used even than biber: often, I think I'm the only person who uses them. I find dvisvgm *amusing* for being able to create svg files from asymptote drawings/diagrams, but I only build it to ensure we can build all of texlive.
I'll get a round tuit one day, but probably only when I've got an up-to-date system.
Taking it to ensure that I don't forget it.
