Description
It appears that Xi has put a PR in at the gnome-tweaks repository:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-tweaks/-/merge_requests/60/diffs
After applying this, we should be able to drop libhandy0 since Seahorse has been ported to use libhandy1 with 3.38.0.1.
