    * add a way to test static binaries with the testsuite

All the tests passed on this run, including the test that failed last time in the misc suite (025-zstd-compression). I'll confirm that after the timing run is completed, but things are looking good here.

I thought that was good to go, but the test just failed while I running a timed build

Never mind, it turns out that I didn't have btrfs built with zstd support in that script. Going again.

Since no tests fail anymore, I've added a template in the comments of the page for removing tests that do fail in the future.
