Description
I promised you a pass at updating the applications-installed lists.

Add kaudiocreator (CD ripping).
PIM
Add ktnef (TNEF viewer; for those firmly on Linux, TNEF is how Microsoft mailer transfers attachments); add ksync and kitchensync (sync application data); add akregator (RSS reader). It looks like kleopatra is the new name for kgpgcertmanager. It looks like konsolekalendar is the new name for konsolehelper.
UTILS
Add kwalletmanager (password store) and superkaramba (self-proclaimed "eye candy manager").
These are the only additional packages I plan on having so someone else can chip in on the others.
