Just built in LFS 6.5, 6.7, 6.8, 7.0, 7.1. In 6.7, had to comment out 

#sed -i 's#save_errno#aprerr#' subversion/mod_dav_svn/util.c

Build failed without the attatched patch.

Applied with 

patch -Np0 -i ../subversion-1.7.6_mod_dontdothat_svnserve_only.patch
