Fixed at revision 13141.
The bind9_dlz problem needs to be addressed in Samba.

Careful, this breaks bind9_dlz in Samba-4.1.7. Samba-4.1.8 is due out on June 3rd, but has yet to address this problem. I'm attempting to update Samba for the new version, but have not yet had success. I just now bugged Samba devs about it here: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10620
