Had two alternatives:

  1. modify switch "--enable-symcryptrun" in "Command Explanations" to option
  1. include switch in configure.

Chose 2., but if it is the wrong choice, please tell me and I will fix it, or fix it if you don't mind.

Fixed at r 13313.
