Bruce, last update, I restated having problems with the tests, thus, unfortunately, cannot help here.
My results, for previous version lvm2-2.02.108 :
## 372 tests 16:25 : 95 OK, 2 warnings, 25 failures (0 interrupted), 0 known failures; 250 skipped
So, I consider myself defeated, here.
Failed tests (lvm2-2.02.108):
activate-missing.sh covercmd.sh listings.sh lvconvert-repair-snapshot.sh lvconvert-snapshot.sh lvcreate-operation.sh lvcreate-small-snap.sh lvcreate-usage.sh lvextend-snapshot-dmeventd.sh lvextend-snapshot-policy.sh nomda-missing.sh percent.sh pvcreate-metadata0.sh pvmove-all-segtypes.sh report-select.sh snapshot-autoumount-dmeventd.sh snapshot-lvm1.sh snapshot-maxsize.sh snapshot-merge.sh snapshot-reactivate.sh snapshots-of-mirrors.sh snapshot-usage.sh vgchange-maxlv.sh vgmerge-operation.sh vgsplit-operation.sh

Ignored test issues.
Fixed at revision 13883.

See TracTickets

I'm not sure how to address this. Builds and installs without problem. but thre are some test problems:
## 376 tests 23:55 : 152 OK, 6 warnings, 3 failures (0 interrupted), 0 known failures; 215 skipped
Most the the skipped tests have to do with a cluster or other hw issues. Failed tests are:
Kernel is 3.16 with all the DM settings either built in or a module.
Looking at the logs, it may be because the kernel needs some RAID settings I do not have enabled.
Appreciate it if someone has any insight.
