KDE Core Section contains Phonon that should always be built against Qt-4.x.
KDE Frameworks 5 Section contains Phonon that should always be built against Qt-5.x.
This has been the case for quite some time now.

Until we we add KDE Frameworks and Plasma 5, there is no reason to build the Qt5 version of Phonon.

Changing this to 7.7 as it seems as if you are going to have to run the build system twice to get both qt4 and qt5 to install.
Found this out when doing the gstreamer backend. We are too close to freeze to add this without proper investigation.
