I think it's circling the drain so I vote for removal. Even CVS is still being more used : https://www.openhub.net/repositories/compare

OK, at 1% (probably less and decreasing) it does not seem to be worth maintaining. I'll archive and see if anyone complains.

I do not use it, but it is a VCS, and I guess that developpers of some packages in the book may use it. If by chance we need the development version of those packages (to extract a patch for example), I guess we could need bazaar. It is a corner case, though, and in the rare cases we would need it, we could use bazaar on a regular distribution...
