Description

New release candidate.

Nothing describing changes is present. diff old and new tarballs indicate mostly a change from automake-1.13.4 to 1.14.1. General cleanup.

The patch is probably not needed any more, but I haven't checked.

The patch is not needed, issue was fixed after the release. 

2014-12-06 	Tristan Matthews	ensure speex_buffer.h is included in dist but not installed
