Description
If nobody objects, I would like to replace xchat with a fork called hexchat which seems where all the xchat development has been happening since 2010.

I use xchat. I like it and it works fine for me. Let's add hexchat without touching xchat for now. Afterwards I can try hexchat and I may have a different opinion.
