  - OCSP AIA (Authority Information Access) support.  This feature
    can be enabled with the new service-level option "OCSPaia".

  - OpenSSL DLLs updated to version 1.0.1l.

There is a (solved) problem with binutils older than version 2.25, discussed in -dev.

Thanks to Pierre for testing the build with binutils-2.25.

Fixed at r15385.
