Fixed at r16312.

  • Update to cups-2.0.4.
  • Update to Archive-Zip-1.49.
  • Update to mercurial-3.5.
  • Update to scons-2.3.6.
  • cups-filters-1.0.71 does not build with poppler-3.4.
  • Add sddm bootscript.
  • Reorder part of the bootscripts Makefile.
