Seems to have been fixed: 

$ xzgrep -i Valgrind /logs/libdrm-2.4.65-simulation-2015.10.15-12h24m42s.log.xz
  --enable-valgrind       Build libdrm with valgrind support (default: auto)
  VALGRIND_CFLAGS
              C compiler flags for VALGRIND, overriding pkg-config
  VALGRIND_LIBS
              linker flags for VALGRIND, overriding pkg-config
checking for VALGRIND... no
checking whether to enable Valgrind support... no

Removing parameter --disable-valgrind from configure and Command Explanations.
