November 10, 2015. Today KDE released the third stability update for KDE Applications 15.08. This release contains only bugfixes and translation updates, providing a safe and pleasant update for everyone. More than 20 recorded bugfixes include improvements to ark, dolphin, kdenlive, kdepim, kig, lokalize and umbrello. This release also includes Long Term Support version of KDE Development Platform 4.14.14. The latest, 15.12, was released Dec 10. Plasma 5.5.1 was released Dec 15.

Moving these to hold. KDE 15.12 is due in about a month and Plasma 5.5 is due in about three weeks. If someone knows of a specific change that needs to be made, then we can do that sooner, but the benefits from updating too frequently do not justify the effort needed.
