CVE-2016-3119

Unknown what the severity is. The only way I found out about this was through my Vulnerability Summary from CERT that comes out every Monday.

Fixed at revision 17245.

There were a few changes needed. The section about changing library permissions was trying to change symlinks. One test failed and I created a sed to not run it. the tests need to run as root.
