libkgapi is optional and shouldn't probably go in the list. The rest is part of 16.04 release. I suggest putting everything in a KDE Frameworks like page but the kdepim, kdepim-addons, kdepim-runtime and kleopatra packages due to them having (optional) deps on external packages (libkolab, libkolabxml and prison) which require some of the pim frameworks. Those 3 packages also optionally depend on libkgapi, which should also go on separate page if it's decided to be added. Usual KDE Frameworks install instructions apply (cmmi).

Fixed at revision 17284, but did not update okular as released version is still dependent on kde4.
Consider including the PIM suite too.
