sqlite-3.11.0 causes error in Thunderbird search

Description

Need to add -DSQLITE_ENABLE_FTS3_TOKENIZER=1 to sqlite CFLAGS to get around this problem. I'm still working on TB segfaults for which I had thought this to be the cause.
