Rude words: it requires List::Util 1.45 (Scalar List Utils, I think - only just got rid of that test) and List::UtilsBy 0.10.

Fixed at r17537 - I just added a straight dep to Scalar-List-Utils because the required version is newer than the recent release of perl-5.24 so everybody who builds this will need it.

The changelog for this version just shows an extra module being added to the list of included modules. But looking back at 0.10, List::SomeUtils REPLACED List::MoreUtils.
