From the release notes: Fixed - Selenium WebDriver may cause Firefox to crash at startup. Otherwise apparently as 47.0.

For that driver, see ​http://www.seleniumhq.org/docs/01_introducing_selenium.jsp#test-automation-for-web-applications - it is to automate testing for web applications.

Looks low-urgency to me,

That's twice..started segfaulting shortly after testing. Not quite a straight upgrade. Investigating.
